Refund Policy

1. Bespoke Custom Software
Since Webberji specializes in custom web design, tailoring layouts, and bespoke software development, our work is customized entirely for your brand. Because of the manual creative hours and developer resources required, all deposits and milestones payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
2. Milestone Approval Process
We structure our projects around milestone check-ins (e.g., UI design sign-off, frontend review, final staging launch). Each milestone requires your explicit approval before we move to the next stage. Your approval indicates satisfaction with that phase of deliverables, and no refunds can be issued for completed milestones.
3. Project Cancellation & Revisions
If you decide to terminate a project before full completion, you will only be responsible for payment up to the current milestone we are working on. We offer multiple revision cycles at each stage (as outlined in our project agreement) to ensure the design and functionality match your exact requirements.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
In the highly unlikely event that we are unable to complete your project due to internal constraints or technical limitations on our end, we will issue a full refund of any unearned payments for the pending milestone.
