1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website, purchasing services from Webberji, or initiating a web design/development project, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services and Deliverables
Webberji provides professional web design, UI/UX prototyping, frontend engineering, WebGL asset loading, and SEO indexing. The detailed specifications, timelines, and deliverables for each project will be outlined in a separate Project Agreement signed by both parties.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon full and final payment of all project fees, the intellectual property rights, source code, designs, and content developed specifically for your project will be transferred to you. Webberji retains the right to display screen mockups and design highlights in our portfolio for marketing purposes.
4. Client Responsibilities
To complete projects in a timely manner, you agree to provide necessary assets (copy, branding guidelines, high-res media) and respond to feedback requests promptly. Delays in asset provision or milestone feedback may result in extended project timelines.
5. Limitation of Liability
Webberji will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of our custom software solutions.
